Our selection of All-Mountain Programs helps skiers and snowboarders grow their skills, build confidence, and join an exciting community of riders. We offer a clear pathway for growth, beginning with skill development and progressing toward competitive opportunities in future seasons.

These programs are designed for students who can ski and snowboard independently. Programs are available for all levels; however, please note that students should be comfortable with basic turns and speed control and demonstrate good balance. Athletes should be able to get on and off the chairlift with little to no assistance. This foundation allows our team to focus on advancing skills and nurturing progression in a supportive and fun environment.

Please note that All-Mountain Team programs do not include lift tickets.

Season Pass purchase is highly recommended.

Intro to All-Mountain

Ready to take your little ripper beyond the bunny hill? Intro to All-Mountain is the perfect first step into our All-Mountain Team. Designed for adventurous kids ages 5–6 who can already ride green runs and load/unload the chairlift (mostly) on their own, this program blends technical progression with fun, games, and confidence-building challenges.

Through small-group coaching and a supportive environment, kids will learn the fundamentals of mountain movement while building independence and safety awareness. Our approach focuses on developing well-rounded young skiers and riders, preparing them for a lifetime of fun on the slopes.

Intro to All-Mountain is available as a half-day (9:00am12:00pm) and full-day (9:00am3:00pm) program.

All-Mountain Team

For young athletes ready to push boundaries, build confidence, and have serious fun on the mountain, The All-Mountain Team is the ultimate all-mountain experience. Designed for skiers and riders ages 7–17 who are comfortable on green terrain, this full-day program blends technical progression with creativity, exploration, and goal setting.

With a strong emphasis on developing fundamentals—like edge control, line choice, and flow—participants will also engage in skill challenges, mock competitions, and group riding sessions to boost both ability and independence. From glades to groomers, the All Mountain program helps athletes discover their favorite aspects of the mountain while building friendships and a sense of self-sufficiency.

All-Mountain Team 2-Day

All Mountain 2-Day is designed for driven young athletes ages 7–17 who want to take their skills to the next level. Whether they're progressing faster than the pack, exploring competitive goals, or just craving more time on snow, this advanced coaching program delivers next-level progression in a high-energy, small-group setting.

With a focus on pushing personal boundaries, athletes will dive into trick development, advanced terrain features, and harder line choices—all with personalized coaching, video analysis, and one-on-one feedback. Occasional sessions with guest pros and elite athletes bring inspiration, while film/edit days let athletes actually see their growth and celebrate their progress.

All-Mountain Adult Program

The Adult All-Mountain Program is for skiers and snowboarders ages 18+ who want to improve their technique, explore more terrain, and learn across all mountain disciplines. This full-day coaching experience gives you the tools to elevate your skiing and riding in a fun and supportive setting.

If you can comfortably ride blue and black terrain, you're in the right place. Intermediate to advanced skiers and snowboarders who want to push themselves a bit and have a rad time doing it will find themselves at home in a group of riders looking to do the same.

Competition Team

The Competition Team is our invite-only competition team for young athletes ages 7–17 ready to explore the competitive side of skiing and riding—without the pressure. This program focuses on building confidence, gaining experience, and most importantly, having fun while learning what it means to compete.

For the 2025/26 season, there’s no additional fee to join the team beyond standard program tuition. Our goal is to make competition approachable and supportive for athletes and families alike. However, aditional fees will apply to those who choose to participate in events. We plan to attend at least five competitions this season.

Important Notes:

  • Athletes are not required to compete in both freeride and slopestyle—they can choose what excites them most
  • Families are responsible for transportation to events outside of Powder Mountain
  • Competition entry fees and IFSA memberships are not included
