**Important Information**
You must be prepared for winter conditions in this home. You must have a 4 x 4 vehicle or AWD with snow tires and be comfortable with snowy mountain driving to stay in this home. Knowledge of steep mountain driving is recommended to book this unit. During storm events, both Powder Mountain Road and Summit Pass Road can be very snowy-and sometimes even closed while crews' clear hazards. (But winter conditions mean great skiing!) Also please note that there are no amenities at the top of the mountain after the resort closes. Groceries, gas, and shops are located down the canyon in the town of Eden, UT.

Additional Important Information
Ski-in/ski-out access to Sunrise Tow closes at 3:30pm, Ski-in/ski-out access from Hidden Lake closes at 4:00pm.
