Bower Lodge is a community centerpiece to enjoy farm-to-table meals, co-working space, great content, and conversation! This centrally located venue features more than 4,000 square feet of open dining and event space with large wrap-around outdoor patios. Bower Lodge is the perfect gathering space to have a drink and break bread as the group arrives and departs from Eden.
Bower Lodge is available year-round. Pricing is as follows: weekday $1,000/day. Weekend/holiday $1,500 day. Access to the venue during the winter season is from 9am-9pm and in the summer season from 9am-11pm. If additional hours are needed or requested, it is $100 per/hr. In addition to the daily rate, there is a $250 cleaning fee.
Daily price includes venue during set hours, tables, chairs, linens, outside deck space, basic AV equipment, and kitchen-prep area. The venue can accommodate up to 225 guests. A 20% deposit is required to hold the date, 50% of the total is due 60 days prior and the final payment is due 30 days prior to the event. *Pricing and dates are not set until a contract has been signed.

When booking Bower Lodge, the following add-ons are available upon request at an additional cost. A coffee/espresso bar with a barista. A wood-burning pizza oven. Please reach out for pricing or additional information regarding add-ons. Any other catering services will need to be booked through an outside vendor.
