Featuring a wide-open floorplan of more than 6,000 square feet, the Arbor Lodge is an ideal location for receptions, meals, meetings, music, and content. This space is wrapped in large windows that provide a cascading view out to the mountains over the Eden Valley and offers high vaulted ceilings, a scenic outdoor patio overlooking the 18th hole at the Wolf Creek Golf Course, and a mountain lodge-style entryway complete with a fireplace. This thoughtfully designed space allows for multi-functional and dynamic events while embodying a relaxed, modern aesthetic.
Arbor Lodge is available year-round. Pricing is as follows: weekday $1,500/day. Weekend/holiday $2,500 day. Access to the venue during the winter season is from 9am-9pm and in the summer season from 9am-11pm. If additional hours are needed or requested, it is $100 per/hr. In addition to the daily rate, there is a $250 cleaning fee.
Daily price includes venue during set hours, tables, chairs, linens, outside deck space, basic AV equipment, and kitchen-prep area. The venue can accommodate up to 300 guests. A 20% deposit is required to hold the date, 50% of the total is due 60 days prior and the final payment is due 30 days prior to the event. *Pricing and dates are not set until a contract has been signed. Any catering services will need to be booked through an outside vendor.
