Personalized Services for Groups

Powder Mountain wants to make it easy for you to plan your trip and have a great stay overall. Our group department will work with you on all aspects of your trip.
Powder Mountain
Group discounts will be given if the following criteria is met:
20 or more people skiing or boarding together on the same day or night
Lift passes are purchased and paid for together.
If you are the group organizer, you may receive your lift pass FREE.

We welcome large groups of friends, families, companies, clubs and schools. Just get 20 or more people to come to Powder Mountain with you and everyone will receive VIP treatment!

Local schools receive a special discount that includes rentals, lessons, passes and transportation.

Referrals To help you in finding the perfect lodging, transportation, dining and entertainment.
Promotional materials To assist the group leader in selling the tour.
Meet and greet services A Powder Mountain representative will greet your group and arrange a complimentary mountain tour.   Please call two weeks in advance to schedule.
Shuttle Powder Mountain will send a bus to pick up groups staying in Eden, Huntsville, Ogden or Layton for a nominal fee. There are a limited number of buses available so it is recommended that you reserve your date early!
Food services Powder Mountain's restaurants serve breakfast and lunch. We will be glad include meals in the group price.
   
Special prices including group lessons, rentals and the shuttle are available for school groups.
