Sundown Terrain Park

Located on Confidence Run the Sundown Terrain Park is designed for beginner and intermediate level park riders. Features include smaller boxes, rails, and jumps that are perfect for getting started and learning new tricks. The Sundown Terrain Park is open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. seven days a week and is groomed nightly.

Hidden Lake Terrain Park

The Hidden Lake Terrain Park is designed for advanced and expert level park riders.  Larger, more technical features line the entire length of the Hidden Lake Run.  Off-season improvements including widening and flattening the run will allow for more rail and box options and a better jump line.  Adjacent to the middle section of the Hidden Lake Park you will find the Lumberjack Zone.  This area offers terrain park features made from natural materials such as logs, power poles and milled lumber.  The Lumberjack Zone is designed for Expert level park riders.  The Hidden Lake Terrain Park is open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm seven days a week and is groomed nightly.

Hidden Lake Halfpipe

Located in the lower section of the Hidden Lake Park , the Halfpipe is 400 feet long, 40 feet wide and 8 to 12 feet tall. It's groomed several days a week and usually open by mid-January.

Events at the Terrain Parks

Powder Mountain's exceptional Terrain Park staff hosts these great events each year.

Night Jam	Park Jam and party under the lights at Sundown Lift.   Park jam without the hassle of registration and judging.  Live music, bonfire, prizes, fun and friends.  Night jams will be held the first and last Wednesday of each month.  Free with valid lift pass.
Event dates:	January 7, 2010 February 4, 2010 March  4, 2010 5:00pm - 8:00pm
3nd Annual GROM-FEST '10	Gromfest  #3 “THE KIDZ IS THE SHIZZ” 11:00am – 3:00pm at the Sundown Lift Mini-slopestyle competition and mini-slalom race for skiers and boarders 12 years old and younger.  Event is free with a valid lift pass.  Registration 10:00 am to 11:00 am. This is an event where everyone wins!
Event date:	January 16 , 2010   A Powder Mountain tradition! This event is the highlight of the freestyle season.  Riders and skiers of all ages compete against each other without the constraints of regular contests.  Pipe jam, rail jam, barbeque, and live music turn this event into a great springtime party.  Free with lift pass. Hidden Lake Halfpipe & Terrain Park.
