Powder Mountain is proud to introduce the Open Air Dining Series: the most magnificent dinner series we've ever produced.

Join us for a one-of-a-kind outdoor dining and musical experience, perfect for anniversary celebrations, destination dinners, and slow food enthusiasts. Executive Chef Chris Park of Sundance fame (see bio below) and our events team will be preparing a locally inspired, 5-course meal while savoring wines curated for each offering. Live music, performed by amazing local artists, will complement the beauty of the surrounding Wasatch Range

These open air, communal gatherings are intimate and only accommodate 40 seats per elegantly designed long table dinner event. After purchasing your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your experience, including directions to the venue.

*Please note that these dinners are weather permitting. Ticket sales are non-refundable unless cancelled due to weather. They are however transferable if someone else would like to take your seat. Thank you for your cooperation.

About Chef Chris Park: 

Chris Park's culinary education and career began as an apprentice of Classic French Cuisine under two Four Star/Four Diamond Chefs. At a very young age, he worked at various award-winning restaurants around the Greater Philadelphia area. Chef Chris made his way West to Park City, Utah to serve as the Executive Chef for the Alta Hotel Group before going on to earn the title Tree Room Executive Chef for Robert Redford’s Sundance Resort. While at Sundance, he was rated one of the "Top Chefs on North America" by Outside Magazine, awarded Four Diamond Status, 4 Star Status, Best of State, Wine and Spectator Award of Excellence, and the highest Zagat rating of "Extraordinary to Perfection". After leaving Sundance, he went on to earn the title Executive Chef at Stillwater Cove, an elite resort for North Lake Tahoe’s most affluent residents. Most recently, Chef Chris comes to Power Mountain after a successful tenure as Resort Executive Chef for Crested Butte Mountain Resort in Colorado. Chef Chris brings a wealth of relevant experience and unparalleled culinary standards to Powder Mountain.
