Powder Mountain is deeply committed to not only provide the best possible mountain experience for visitors and employees, but to also reach out beyond the slopes and help the greater good.
Partnering with various local and national organizations, Powder Mountain has hosted cleanup projects, environmental awareness campaigns and has supported various non-profit organizations.
This philosophy also extends to the employees of Powder Mountain. Employees are encouraged to volunteer outside of Powder Mountain and are compensated by Powder Mountain for doing so.
A new addition this year to Powder Mountain is the renovation to Hidden Lake. The updated Hidden Lake is now able to service fire helicopters, should there be a nearby forrest fire or other fire need.
