Where do you purchase a Lightning Ridge pass?

You purchase a Lightning Ridge pass at any ticket window.  The pass is good anytime during the year so the passes are non-refundable.  If you are only here for a one day, be sure to ask the ticket office if Lightning Ridge is running before you purchase your pass.

Where are the lifts?

When first time visitors to Powder Mountain arrive at the Timberline Lodge, they usually wonder where the lifts area.  The resort center with Timberline Lodge, the ski shop, the Mountain Adventure yurt and our largest parking lot is mid-mountain.  After purchasing your ticket, head towards the green yurt, strap on your skis or board and head down Drifter.  The trail will lead you to Timberline or Paradise lift – take your choice.  If it is your first time, plan to take the complimentary tour at 10 or book an all day exploration with a Mountain Adventure Pro.

Is the ticket office at Hidden Lake Lodge open?

If you want to park at the top of  Hidden Lake, check the Ticket Office Open or Closed sign, just as you are getting ready to turn onto the dirt road that leads to Hidden Lake Lodge.

How do I know if Powder Country is open?

There are signs at the top of Timberline, Sundown and Hidden Lake lifts.  There are additional signs at the top of Confidence Run (Sundown Lift area).  Do not ignore Closed signs! The conditions might look tempting but this area may be closed because of avalanche control work or because of dangers you cannot see.  Private shuttling is prohibited.
